To go up to Sugar Loaf Mountain, we had to go by cable cars - there are 2 sections.

Verdict on Sugar Loaf Mountain - It makes our Singapore's Mount Faber cable car and views a dwarf by comparison. Indeed I have been greatly humbled and in future when I take foreign visitors around Singapore, I will have to mince my praise for the view from Mount Faber. So Sugar Loaf Mountain is another "si si tiok" visit places in Rio de Janeiro - if you are lucky enough like us to go there.
